2nd birthday of SOS-RTA association
Dear friends,
we are pleased to invite you to our second birthday!
We will be happy to see you on February 8th at 11.00 a.m. in the lobby of Burgas Plaza mall to celebrate together!
We dedicate the event to the cause of safer roads and protection of our children's lives and health this time again.
Let's send a message together that the safety on the road is our common, shared responsibility and that our joint efforts will lead to the positive results we are striving to!
There will be lots of presents and surprises for all children and parents. After the amusing and instructive games with inspector Hitami, we will all together taste the large and delicious birthday cake!
SOS-RTA ASSOCIATION ATTENDED THE MEETING OF THE HEADMASTERS OF THE SCHOOLS FROM MUNICIPALITY OF BURGAS
The busy social program of SOS-RTA association continued this week too. In the beginning of the week representatives of the organization met with the 8 groups of grade 5 of Bratya Miladinovi Primary School in the town of Burgas.
The purpose of the meeting was a presentation, aiming at teaching children how to protect themselves from unpleasant incidents and situations on the road.
In the beginning of the lecture the students were played a video, showing the most frequent causes of RTA; an open discussion was held afterwards on "what our obligations are", "when we can cross streets" and "how to ride our bikes most safely". Several practical sessions were held in the end of the meeting.
In addition to these presentations, SOS-RTA association was the only non-governmental organization, which was invited to the meeting of the headmasters of all schools within the territory of municipality of Burgas.
The new internet portal of RIE - town of Burgas was presented at this meeting. Besides, the representative of SOS-RTA was given the opportunity to acquaint the headmasters with the presentation, which the organization held last year in most schools in the town of Burgas, which had graduating students. The headmasters were very pleased and adamant that in the coming weeks they would invite the association to hold similar lectures with this year's graduates too.
