Under the current Statutes of "SOS-RTA" Association:
“II. MEMBERSHIP
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS
Art. 9. (1) Membership in the association is voluntary. Members can be natural and legal persons.
(2) Any legal person, sharing the aims of the association and the means for their attainment, abiding by its statutes and paying his membership fee regularly, can be member of the association.
(3) Any person of age, sharing the aims of the association and the means for their attainment, abiding by its statutes and paying his membership fee regularly, can be member of the association.
Art. 10. Each member of the association has the right:
1. to participate in the activities of the association, as well as in the work of the General Assembly;
2. to be elected in its management bodies;
3. to exercise control on the work of the association and its management bodies;
4. to be informed about the activities of the association;
5. to use the property of the association, as well as the results of its activities.
Art. 11. Each member of the association must:
1. pay his membership fee every month;
2. comply with the Statutes of the association, the decisions of the General Assembly and work to achieve the common objectives;
3. work to increase the public influence of the association.
Art. 12. Membership rights and obligations are non-transferable and shall not pass to other persons in case of death or termination of membership. The exercising of membership rights may be granted to somebody else by authorization with a power of attorney with a notarized signature."
